-- Scope of application: All kinds of solid cans, glass bottles, etc. for depalletizing.
--Structural composition and material:
(1) The floor-type empty cans can enter the platform conveyor chain, and two packages can be pre-stored.
(2) Layered unloading main room. Frame carbon steel structure, the three-sided inner board is 2.0mm thick stainless steel.
(3) Elevated mesh chain delivery conveyor platform, 2.0 meters high, 1.2 meters wide, 3 meters long, stainless steel structure, low friction plastic steel mesh chain.
(4) The foot pallet is empty and the board is transported. Carbon steel structure.
(5) Main lift chain system, carbon steel structure.
(6) Electric push bottle out of the bottle mechanism, stainless steel structure.
(7) Cardboard placement platform. Stainless steel construction.
(8) Elevated pedestrian operating platform and step ladder, carbon steel structure.

(10) The machine is controlled by electric control. The lift is automatically controlled by the electric eye to increase the stratification, and the automatic bottle is automatically controlled by the electric eye.

Crafting process:
(1) Product input integral part
The film package is transported to the feed line to be transported to the area to be palletized, and the cylinder packs the film package to a fixed position for convenient gripping.
(2) Moving code device
After the wires are routed to the entire array of devices, the fixtures are lowered to grab the wires and placed smoothly on the pallet (or the previous sorting layer) to form an automatic palletizing. The palletizing device relies on a variable frequency motor and a chain to complete its ascending, descending and advancing (retracting).
